The Ladder Barel, Spine Corrector and Small Barrel stengthen, stretch and lengthen the body. They help enhance breathing, develop the arms and legs, and help correct posture and movement.They are also great for slimming bulky thighs and for massaging the lower back.
The Pilates Arm chair Is a rare piece of Pilates equipment, and one of my favorites, in order to help open the shoulders and chest and improve one’s posture. It’s great for neck problems, kyphosis, and strengthening a weak upper body. I brought this one back all the way from Siri Galliano’s Big Bear Lake Intensive in California!
